المستخلص

This study was an attempt by the researcher to work of several critical interventions on sciences of: El-Tageed and Phonetics, through dialogue with some old and modern scientists in their books in these two flags.
And so on four major issues, represented in: the issue of the term and characterized by the multiplicity of sometimes differing in significance to the concept, and the issue of Hamza phoneme and different El-Tageed and Phonetics scientists in its way out and described, And the issue of different El-Tageed and Phonetics scientists in dark phonemes, between seven phonemes and four, and the issue of the division of Phonetics scientists Arab phonemes, without reference to vowels section in Arabic, despite its importance in language does not deny.
The study found several results are: edit some Phonetic terms, and the liberalization of some description language phonemes, and add some Phonetic sections, on that El-Tageed and Phonetics scientists said.
