Do not suffer from countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, a decline in the number of its inhabitants only, but from a low level of technical characteristics also, forcing these countries to bring in migrant workers specialized and trained large numbers; although positive benefits, which resulted in the contribution of such employment in all areas, but that it was not without many of the negative effects of. The countries of the Council of the largest countries of the world received inflows of employment, where it exceeds the size of employment inflows numerical size of national employment, to varying degrees, the proportion of such employment in some countries of the 90% of the size of the labor force. So it has become their presence represents a real threat to may jeopardize the existence of the council countries. This study focuses on the current negative dimensions of employment inflows to countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, through the examination of geographical characteristics of these migrant labor and demographic in the council countries, with a focus on numerical and geographical distribution, and negative dimensions to various economic, political, social, security and, finally, the prospects for its future in the Gulf countries and mechanisms for dealing with them. In order to achieve that, follow the researcher geographical perspective based on a number of political research curricula, including historical approach in the work of the survey to identify the historical development of bringing in foreign labor to countries of the region. Descriptive analytical approach to identify the geographical distribution of employment inflows negative dimensions. In addition to quantitative and Cartography approach to design a set of maps and charts that help to demonstrate the elements of this research and its results.
