المستخلص

Many Egyptians had been living in Mecca during the 9th century AH (The 15th century AD). So, some of them were known as Meccans or the dwellers of Mecca. In this period, they occupied various positions.
Some of them were Islamic imams, preachers, orators, primary or high school teachers, judges, etc. Others held management portfolios by supervising the matters of Haram, The Great Mosque of Mecca, or by working as constructors.
The lower staffs of workers were the endowment servants and workers.Although many Egyptians were known by their competence and good management, there were bad famed models of them known among the native people of Mecca by their injustice and shabbiness.
